Miss Elm's music is seductive and magnetic. Her lyrics are honest, poetic and inviting, as is her unique use of instrumentation - the ukulele. Her songs have nothing to do with an ordinary ukulele sound. Lush production combined with minimalist pop and a 3-octave soprano range make this singer-songwriter an artist to watch.
Her songs are quirky, catchy, dreamy and from the heart. Her music entertains you with stories of journeys through life and lessons learned as we face each chapter. She was a finalist at the Qld Music Awards in the folk singer songwriter category and has been featured at the Caloundra Music Festival, as well as numerous times on local radio. To date, Miss Elm has independently released 3 EPS, traveling through an eclectic range of styles from jazz to pop to folk. Once a keyboard-driven artist in a four-piece band, Miss Elm is now a stripped-down soloist with only her magical voice and live curled ukuleles.
